Located just ten minutes’ drive from South West Middlesex Crematorium Gardens and Teddington Cemetery, Harlequins will provide you with discrete and attentive service during this most difficult time.

With the ability to accommodate up to 250 people and with onsite parking our service managers will be there to help arrange the details for you. Each room in the stadium houses a full cash bar and features a ceiling-mounted projector, LCD Screens and integrated AV systems allowing you to play memorial slides or videos if you so wish.

Catering can be made available for all group sizes and range from snacks to hot buffets. Dinner options are also available.

Members Bar Functions:

Ceiling to floor windows provide a lovely warm environment for your remembrance. The room has recently been renovated but maintains a classic feel to it through the rugby memorabilia that adorns the walls. This room is located in the IG stand and is very popular for post funeral arrangements providing a wonderful space for you and your guests.

Debenture Lounge Functions:

The recently remodelled Debenture Lounge is 290 sqm and can cater up to 150 people in a warm and relaxed setting within our DHL Stand. The room features natural daylight and Harlequins memorabilia on each wall.

Players’ Lounge Functions:

Recently refurbished, the Players’ Lounge at 282sqm can cater to up to 120 guests in a light and calm setting within our DHL Stand. This modern rooms is a blank canvas and works well when filled with flowers and family images.

Kings’ Bar Functions:

Recently refurbished, the King’s Bar at 282sqm can cater to up to 300 guests in a light and calm setting. This large modern room in the DHL stand is a perfect blank canvas and works well for larger gatherings and functions that may wish to provide entertainment for their guests.

Legends Lounge Functions:

Ideal for smaller memorial services, this pitch facing room on the first floor of the IG stand is perfect for groups of up to 50. The fantastic setting over the infamous Harlequins pitch is the ideal venue for rugby fans and families.

Council Room
Located in Twickenham’s West Stand, and overlooking the famous Lion's Gates, the Council Room is in itself a fabulous piece of rugby history. The room is highly distinctive, traditionally decorated and features floor to ceiling windows. This popular room perfectly suits hosting all types of events.

Capacity for sit down receptions up to 30 guests and buffet style receptions up to 70 guests.

President’s Suite
The President's Suite is Twickenham Stadium's most prestigious facility, located in Twickenham’s West Stand, the room plays host to royalty and VIPs on match days. ERIC
The ERIC room is located in Twickenham’s historic West Stand, opposite the famous Rose and Poppy Gates. The space caters for the ex-England International players on match-days, and provides a large, flexible space to suit a wide variety of events, with built-in seating and a bar.

The Waldegrave Suite offers a beautiful, traditional surrounding for a unique and memorable event and comprises of the Waldegrave Drawing Room, Senior Common Room, Billiard Room and Ante Room.

The Waldegrave Drawing Room is the centrepiece of the Waldegrave Suite, and an impressive venue for any event. With three magnificent chandeliers spaced across an ornate high ceiling, intricately carved stone fireplace, beautiful silk wallpaper and Venetian flooring, the spacious Waldegrave Drawing Room is a truly elegant choice of venue.

The Senior Common Room has beautiful high ceilings, impressive chandeliers, rich wallpaper and dark wood panelling, this room retains the opulent quality of the Waldegrave Drawing Room, whilst providing a more intimate space for smaller groups for meetings, conferences, dining or for cocktails and canapés.

The Billiard room is a light and spacious room, an ideal location for drinks receptions or more informal gatherings.

We can provide full catering and hospitality, from teas and coffees to banqueting, buffets and drinks receptions. We also provide tables, chairs, crockery and glassware as well as linens and chair covers if required. There is some parking available on site, but we are also a short walk from Strawberry Hill Station. Our event managers will liaise with you every step of the way.

                    [post_content] => The London Rowing Club can be exclusively hired for up to 300 guests. It is a truly unique place to hold an event with the three main rooms filled with rowing history, two of which open out onto the 20 metre balcony providing you with panoramic views over the Thames.

The hire fee includes:
Event Manager leading up to the day
A Master of Ceremonies where required
Licensed bar with Bar Manager
Tables & chairs
Table Linen with white linen napkins
China, cutlery and glassware (including reasonable breakages)

Capacities:
Full venue – up to 300 guests
Long Room – 100 seated guests, 150 standing guests.
Members Room – 20 seated guests, 30 standing
Fairbairn Room (reception room) – 100 standing

We have a range of suppliers that we have worked with for several years and we are more than happy to recommend them. Regarding caterers, we highly recommend our in-house caterer Shona Pollock, and we also use a local catering company called Greenfig. However, we do understand that you may want to bring your own caterer in. We are more than happy to discuss this with you.

The club has a wine list which can be supplied on request. You can also supply your own wine and champagne at a corkage fee. The bar serves a good selection of beers and Guiness on draft. The bar closes at 23:30 latest for any event.

Live music is permitted until 23:00, with the balcony also closing at this time, and all music must cease promptly at 24:00. This is due to the club being located in a residential area. We have a resident DJ John Codd as well as a PA system to plug an MP3 into.

You can decorate the Club, but any decorations put up must not interfere with any boats/blade/pictures on the wall. Decorations must also be taken down by yourselves or we can do this for an additional fee.

Located on the Embankment at Putney, the Victorian clubhouse offers unparalleled views upstream towards Hammersmith and downstream to Putney Bridge, the historic start of the Boat Race. The walls are adorned with portraits, Henley medals and memorabilia of triumphs present and past giving the club a very pleasant and elegant atmosphere.

The entertaining space is very versatile with three distinct areas and provides a warm, intimate and yet spacious environment for your remembrance. The club has recently added a new entrance, with a disabled lift leading directly into the function hallway. The Great Hall and the Bar have floor to ceiling bi-fold glass doors and full height bi-fold windows which open directly onto our large private open air balcony overlooking the Thames.

The Fairbairn Room is an intimate, quiet space adjacent to the Great Hall and off the Bar area, with its own wonderful view of the Thames and lends itself to smaller events.

We have a large portable LCD screen and a PA system which would allow you to play a memorial film or presentation should you wish.

We have provided a sample menu from one of our preferred caterers, however, there are many options available depending on your preferences and budget.

Brouge Twickenham is a well established Belgian and British gastropub since 2005, with a cosy atmosphere, serving delicious fresh food prepared daily, friendly service and a wide range of Belgian and craft beers, great ales as well delicious wines and cocktails. The restaurant and bar areas are bright, stylish and modern.

All our dishes are prepared onsite by our talented chefs and our food is sourced locally using local fishmongers, butchers and London markets daily to ensure we use the freshest and finest ingredients. We have a range of set menus available but can also create alternative dishes to suit your own personal tastes and also offer vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any queries on allergens please let us know.

We can also provide fresh sandwiches as part of the buffet if you prefer(Please speak with the manager when making an enquiry).
